EVENTIT Roadshow

Following the success of our 2023 roadshows, EVENTIT is going back on the road to deliver a series of regional events in August 2024.

In association with Catch the MICE, the EVENTIT Roadshows bring some of Scotland’s finest suppliers directly to leading decision makers in cities across England.

This innovative series of half day events will facilitate networking through interactive activities, exhibition and discussion.

The day will start with a collaborative discussion with a panel of experts covering key topics that are surrounding the events industry today: sustainability, diversity and accessibility, technology and creating memorable experiences.

This is followed by an exhibition of up to 5 Scottish suppliers, where delegates will rotate in groups for an interactive demonstration or activity. Rounding out the day with a delicious networking lunch.

Roadshows 2023

We were delighted with the quality and interest from the pre-qualified buyers that attended. There was an excellent mix of agency, freelance and corporate accounts. It was fantastic to be able to meet such a varied group of clients in one day! I would highly recommend the roadshows to both suppliers and clients as the perfect way to connect ! The delivery of both the events was excellent.

Roadshows 2023

It was a great opportunity to meet with clients in an intimate setting where we could discuss our wonderful industry at length. The open panels that were at the start of each session were very varied both in topic and conversation and with the smaller groups it allowed for there to be natural open communication!

Roadshows 2023

Great to meet with peers and to talk through current issues and trends. In corporate events, we tend to be quite insular so it is always hugely beneficial to hear from experts in the industry, and from peers too. It was really interesting to hear from suppliers in the industry as well, and to understand the challenges they are facing in a post pandemic world. I came away with new knowledge and inspiration to share with my colleagues and stakeholders. I would definitely attend again, and would recommend the event to others in the events industry

Roadshows 2023

I thoroughly enjoyed the day and thought it was a great opportunity to meet like minded people in the business. So much so, I asked Simon to help on a team building event I was working on, so he came to work on that with me just the week after! I thought that both Carol Ann and Zakia were inspirational and felt very privileged to hear their stories and how they have grown not just in the business but for society. I passed over the information that they provided us with along with website and contact details for if and when the opportunity comes up for us to work with them on an event.

Roadshows 2023

The Glasgow Roadshow was a great chance to discuss the challenges that we’re all facing in the industry with other event professionals. It was so helpful to hear the solutions or suggestions that others are implementing. I was also delighted to hear from two expert speakers and came away with some actionable ideas for making our post-event materials more interesting to an online audience.
