By creating opportunities for the industry to come together, share, learn, collaborate, and showcase solutions, EXPERIENCEit aims to support the growing and robust community who design and deliver creative business association, hospitality, retail, sports and entertainment event experiences.

As an introduction to EXPERIENCEit, we are launching a LinkedIn forum where event professionals will be able to share thoughts, concerns and discuss key issues surrounding the industry today.
We will be using these discussions to shape and inform our educational pieces on show day, to ensure that we are providing the industry with practical and solutions based advice.
With the guidance of industry experts, we will provide delegates and exhibitors alike with important insights, information and strategies to aide them in their experience design approaches, adoption and integration of new technologies, and best practices in sustainability.
The number of event technology options can be overwhelming. At our EXPERIENCEit tech surgery, delegates can explore these technologies first hand and discover how to incorporate them into their events.
With the guidance of experts, delegates will have the opportunity to discuss realistic steps that organisations can take on their journey towards sustainability, wellness and inclusivity.
Delegates will have the opportunity to explore new experience design approaches, and join interactive sessions that will showcase how they can enhance client event experiences.

Sarah Jane is an award winning industry peer who has been working within the Hospitality and Tourism industry for the last 29 years. She is the Business Development Manager at Little’s Chauffeur Drive and her passion for the industry led to her joining the board at SITE Scotland. She currently holds the position of President Elect for 2022 and looks forward to leading the Scottish chapter into its 20th anniversary year with a huge focus on Sustainability and ensuring that Scotland becomes a world leader in this area. She looks forward to opening up the discussion to all attendees at the session on the day.

Beginning its life very much with pharma, the business has extended its client base to include tech, finance and associations, managing international events up to 2000 delegates, and more recently large virtual and hybrid events.

She has a keen interest in the medical meetings sector and the impact that Healthcare Compliance is having, and will continue to have, as part of the evolution of medical congresses and meetings.
Caroline is Founder / Director of consulting company Global Association Partners and also holds the role of Operations Director for Open Audience, audience engagement experts who also provide full service event delivery to corporate healthcare and medical association sectors.

His business Catch the MICE has successfully switched to virtual and hybrid events, providing short and medium terms solutions for event planners. His key objective is to support event professionals as we all adapt to new ways of delivering events in a post-Covid world.
