Doors will open at 8:30 and the show closes at 16:30.

Upon arrival at the EICC, badges will be printed and lanyards allocated by EVENTIT staff.

A cash bar will be open from 10:30 on the show floor serving tea, coffee and soft drinks.

There will also be street food style lunch available between 13:00 – 14:00.

By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor at the event you are consenting to the data which you submitted during the registration process being transferred to the exhibitor. The exhibitor may need to transfer your data outside of the EEA in order to facilitate this.

Your badge may be scanned when entering education sessions. This is purely for analytical and health and safety reason and no data is transferred as a result.

We will have a photographer & videographer on site taking pictures for use in future marketing activity.

Please let us know, on arrival at registration, if you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, so we can advise them.

Plane

BUS, TRAIN & TRAM

CAR, TAXI & BIKE

The EICC is located right in the heart of the city and within 10km (6 miles) of Edinburgh International Airport.

Taxi
You’ll find official airport taxis at the taxi rank outside the terminal building. It costs approximately £15 to get a taxi from the airport to the city centre and the journey takes 20 minutes depending on the time of day.

Tram
Edinburgh Trams run between the Airport and York Place, in central Edinburgh, every 7-12 minutes Monday to Saturday. The closest tram stop to the EICC is at Haymarket Station. The first tram from Edinburgh Airport departs at 06:15. Please visit Edinburgh Trams website for further information.

Bus
The Airlink 100 operates a frequent bus service (every 10 minutes at peak times) between Edinburgh Airport and the city centre, with designated stops en route. Delegates are advised to disembark at Haymarket Railway Station (the journey takes about 20 minutes) and to follow signs for EICC on foot (5 minute walk).

Bus
Edinburgh’s main bus terminal is located at St Andrews Square. Bus connections stretch right across the UK. For details of these routes please visit: www.nationalexpress.com or www.citylink.co.uk.

Train
Edinburgh has two railway stations. Please ensure that you check with your rail network provider to find out if your train will stop at Haymarket or Waverley.

Haymarket
Haymarket is just a short walk (0.4 miles) from the EICC. 

Waverley
Waverley, which is located 1.3 miles from EICC, is the city’s main railway station and has direct routes to many cities across the country.

Tram
Edinburgh Trams run between the Airport and York Place every 8-10 minutes Monday to Saturday and every 12-15 minutes on a Sunday. The closest tram stop to the EICC is at Haymarket Station. Please visit Edinburgh Trams website for more details.

Walk to EICC from Haymarket Station
When exiting Haymarket Station head right (east), towards the pedestrian crossing. Walk straight up Morrison Street for a few minutes and you will find the EICC on the left hand side.

Walk to EICC from Waverley Station
The EICC is a 20 minute walk from Waverley. Exit Waverley via the north exit onto Princes Street. Follow Princes Street west for 0.4 miles then turn left onto Lothian road. Follow Lothian Road for 0.3 miles then turn right onto Morrison Street. Head down Morrison Road for 0.2 miles and you will find the EICC on your right.

Car
The EICC is right in the centre of Edinburgh. The main entrance is 150 Morrison Street. For directions from your home or office visit www.multimap.com and input EH3 8EE for the destination postcode.

Taxi
A taxi to the EICC will take about 10 minutes. There are two taxi ranks situated outside Waverley:

– Leave Waverley via the south exit onto Market Street. Follow Market Street left until you reach a fork in the road. Follow the left side of the fork (East Market Street) and you will find the taxi rank.

– Leave Waverley via the west exit onto Waverley Bridge and you will find the taxi rank.

Cycling
There are bike racks which can accommodate ten bikes, at the main entrance on Morrison Street, and spaces for a further twenty bikes at the racks behind the Atria One office building next to the EICC. For nearby routes, take a look at Edinburgh’s cycle paths, many of which run close to the EICC.
