BELS will commence on the evening of Wednesday 18th March with a Welcome Reception followed by a working dinner where delegates will work in teams to respond to a brief based on the conference focus of Emerging Markets. The outcomes of the evening will feed into the following days agenda.

This event is for meetings industry (MICE) professionals of a senior
standing in their organisation, be it a Destination Management
Organisation (DMO), PCO (Professional Conference Organiser), Convention
Bureaux, Hoteliers (General Manager or Sales Director level), Conference
Venues, Educators, Event Directors and Directors of Multinationals alike
who are engaged in the supply of services to the Events Sector e.g.
